PAPAL LETTERS AND PRIVILEGES

In May 1839 John Mitchell Kemble apprised Jacob Grimm of his intention to compile 'a complete collection of all the Papal Bulls relating to England from 600 to 1060'; but alas the project never came to fruition. The list provided below is a provisional register of all papal letters relating to Anglo-Saxon England; it will be developed and taken further as time allows.
